GRC stands for Glass Reinforced Concrete and in modern markets it is used to make all sorts of structures for use in a variety of applications including garden benches.
Once you are capable of doing twice the number you did when you started, you can try doing them with your feet elevated. This small change in position works all the core muscles and helps you in muscle building.
Benches are very useful things. They can be used to sit on, to rest your feet for a while. You can find benches in parks, in cities, in shopping malls and just about everywhere. You can see them situated a certain distance from one another, so that you can sit down and take it easy. These benches range from plain to ornamental and vary in construction from simple wood to very ornate metal scrolling. Some even have cushions on them to soften the seat. This can take a load off and save you from having a very sore seat when you finally do get up from the bench.
Most people are unaware that a regular build and frame actually means that bench press would not be effective. People with long arms use the length of their arms to lift the weight, and as a result of this, this workout routine becomes ineffective and redundant. In the case of such people, the decline routine for strength is probably a better option. This is more suited to their body type and might prove to be more effective.
